March 12, 2022: We are open. Governor Brown’s mask mandate has ended. Mask are not required in our store. It is your choice to wear or not wear a mask.

August 13, 2021: Governor Browns’ mandate requires face coverings in indoor pubic spaces go into effect today. We are open, framing, printing, and working our fingers to the bone! We are able to fully design and complete custom framing and digital services consultation onsite with you in attendance. Drop in or book an optional appointment on our appointment tab above. June 25, 2021: The Governor’s risk ratings and mask requirements are coming down effective June 30, 2021 - OUR SHOP IS 100% VACCINATED! Wearing of masks by our employees, customers, vendors and visitors is voluntary. If you request, we can wear a mask - just ask! Come Frame With Us! April 9, 2021: And we are still open, still framing, still printing and working our fingers to the bone! The Governor’s risk category ratings are impacting our ability to have more than 8 people in the shop at any one time however we are able to fully design and complete custom framing consultation onsite with you in attendance. We just have to control the number of customers in our shop. There are no changes to the requirement of face coverings and physical distancing requirements of 6 feet or more. We will let you know where you can wait. As we have since March 2020 we are offering pickup/delivery and curbside assistance. Just Ask! Below is our policy on social distancing. By visiting us, with or without an appointment, you agree that you are aware of our joint responsibilities. If at any time you have questions please call us at (541) 647-2191 or send an email prior to visiting or booking your appointment.

Our Social or Physical Distancing Policy

  • Each party (that means you and us … AKA “we”) are responsible for participating in this policy — it takes two to tango (at least 6 feet apart) and want both of us to participate in proper social and physical distancing!

  • If either party is feeling ill or has the symptoms of cold, flu and/or Covid-19 they will notify the other party and cancel the appointment and seek necessary treatment as warranted. Visit: Symptoms

  • Each of us will arrive at our appointment with washed and sanitized hands. We will practice proper hygiene including coughing/sneezing and proper disposal of tissues etc. Visit: Stop the Spread .   • It’s 2021! And we are still open, still framing, still printing and working our fingers to the bone! The Governor’s 2-week freeze in November 2020 is over and we are open to near capacity but with some restrictions. There are no changes to the requirement of face coverings and physical distancing requirements of 6 feet or more. We will let you know where you can wait.   • As of July 1, 2020… You are required to wear masks, face shields, or face coverings at this location unless an exemption applies. We will wear face coverings as dictated by the County and the State of Oregon.

  • As of May 15, 2020 our door is unlocked. We encourage appointments (https://bit.ly/HDFW_Appointment…) Only one customer is allowed in our shop at any given time with the exception of a cohabiting couple or family. We have a touch-free hand sanitizer dispenser - we ask that you please use the hand sanitizer as you walk in!

  • Specific areas of the shop are off-limits including our restroom. We will inform you of the area in which you may roam, marked by blue tape. Please respect the boundaries. If you need to look at moulding and mat samples on our design table we will invite you to look/approve and also ask you not to touch. At all times we will enjoy at least a 6 foot distance.

  • We have hand sanitizer, nitrile gloves, sanitizing wipes, tissues, and single-use pens for your use.

  • When paying by credit card we will sanitize your card and ask you to sanitize your hands after the return of the card. You may use one of our new, never used single-use pens to sign the receipt and either keep the pen or dispose of it.

  • High Desert Frameworks can carry completed work to your car or to our front door. We will work with you to make sure your framed project or digital prints are delivered safely. At all times we will enjoy a 6 foot distance.

  • As with any social interaction anywhere including interaction with High Desert Frameworks, we can not guarantee any transmittal of illness including the flu, cold or Covid-19.

High Desert Frameworks offers Pickup/Delivery options. Our Social Distancing policy extends to this service as well. High Desert Frameworks may, at any time, change, modify or cancel our Social Distancing Policy. Pursuant to Oregon Governor Brown’s Executive Order 20-12 High Desert Frameworks has established this written policy and assigned an officer of the company to enforce such policy. By attending an appointment or pickup/delivery appointment you agree that you have read and agree to High Desert Frameworks Social Distancing Policy.
