Hello Everyone,

As there have been growing concerns regarding COVID-19, we are closely following the CDC and World Health Organization for updates.

These past weeks we have held several staff meetings to discuss what we can do to make health and safety our number one priority. We feel strongly that preventing the spread of this virus is a shared community responsibility.

We discussed how the virus is spread primarily through person-to-person contact, specifically through respiratory droplets from infected individuals. We instituted health aware protocols, which includes staying home if we're feeling sick, and we are taking numerous steps to provide a safe shopping and working environment for ourselves and our customers.

These steps include:

  • Developing health conscious personal habits; avoiding touching our faces and high use contact surfaces with our bare hands; covering coughs and sneezes

  • Washing our hands upon entering the shop and frequently throughout the day using the guidelines provided by the CDC (see linked below)

  • Using hand sanitizer when the sink is not available

  • We’ve created an enhanced clean procedure that is followed daily and after every customer visit that includes the following and much more

    • Disinfecting entrance door handles, design table counter tops, computer keyboards, mice, other high touch points and equipment

    • Disinfecting our restroom and keeping it stocked with soap and paper towels

    • Providing hand wipes, hand sanitizer, if available, and tissues for our customers

    • Use of single use pens when signing credit card slips. Please keep the pen if you wish.

  • Hugs and Handshake alternatives

... and much more.

Please take the right precautions to keep yourself, your family, and community safe by following these CDC instituted guidelines. Also, please familiarize yourself with proper hand-washing techniques as shown in this two minute CDC video. Finally, if you aren’t feeling well, please stay home for your own wellbeing and that of your fellow community members.

Additionally, we offer pick up of artwork to be framed and delivery of your framed artwork. These services are available in the Central Oregon area. Please call us for more information or to arrange for a Frameworks Delivery Van visit!

Working together we can maintain the health of each other and our community.

Truly,
