Discover Your Forests annual late-summer fundraiser, Stars Over Newberry is always an evening for the books! Four High Desert Frameworks clients will enjoy an incredible evening on top of Lava Butte while raising money to help DYF accomplish its mission of ensuring every student in Central Oregon has the opportunity to experience the awe of the outdoors.
Four High Desert Frameworks Clients will enjoy an evening of bliss at the top of Lava Butte on Friday, August 13th (7-10 pm). You will listen to live music, eat and drink your way through a showcase of the Pacific Northwest’s edible highlights, enjoy a guided tour of the night sky during the Perseid meteor shower, and help raise money for an incredible cause. The annual Stars Over Newberry event is back – and it’s better than ever. This year’s ticket includes everything you’ll need for the evening; a seated dinner by Bowtie Catering, drinks for the evening by Worthy Brewing, Volcano Vineyards, and Caboost Kombucha, and dessert to top it all off. The silent auction includes getaways, excursions, holiday meals for the year, prints from some of Bend’s best photographers (many framed by High Desert Frameworks), and more! Can you help DFY get thousands of local kids outdoors and give back to your Public Lands while enjoying a heavenly night out.
As stated above there are some great silent auction items, including 3 framed and 5 matted photographs from the “Your Happy Place” Place Photo Contest! This is your chance to bid on (and win?) some fantastic local talent.
